On Tuesday 11/21, the Prentiss County Sheriff's Office received the report of a Burglary and Theft of Fishing Items from a CR 7032 residence. When Officers arrived they determined that the Victim had cameras that recorded the suspect vehicle at the time of the incident. Investigator Wesley Graves and Torie Jumper responded to the scene of the incident and during the course of the investigation, received a tip as to the identity of the possible suspect. The same Deputy (Rusty Burroughs), Investigators Graves and Jumper, that had responded to the initial incident located the suspect vehicle and suspect on Long Street in Booneville as he was returning home, and took him into custody within approximately an hour. Most of the stolen property was recovered by Investigators shortly thereafter. Jamie Carl Trimble 37 of Long Street Booneville was charged with Burglary and Larceny. His bond was set at $5,000. This was a fine example of Teamwork, Great Police work and things falling perfectly into place.
