On Tuesday night 07/17 just before midnight Deputy Aaron Stolz arrested David Neal Mullins 52 of Corinth after being stopped on Highway 364 on a traffic stop for Careless Driving. The traffic stop resulted in the discovery of a controlled substance being Crystal Methamphetamine. Deputy Stolz also discovered a firearm in the vehicle. Mullins was charged by Stolz with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth) with the Intent to Distribute enhanced while in Possession of a Firearm, Careless Driving, No Insurance, Possession of Paraphernalia. Mullins bonds were $2,500 on the misdemeanors and $10,000 on the felony. He was released today on Bond. A 1997 Nissan Pickup and a 22 Cal. Rifle was seized in the case. Prentiss County Narcotics/North Ms Narcotics Agent Grady Smith is handling the case and will present the matter to the next Prentiss County Grand Jury
