On Thursday afternoon Nov. 8th, Prentiss County Deputy Taylor Walker arrested Richard C Harber 34 of Booneville and charged him Felony Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) enhanced while in Possession of a Firearm along with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest other misdemeanor Controlled Substance Violations.  His bond was set at $5,000 on the Felony and $3,000 on the misdemeanors.  The arrest came after the Officer noticed a vehicle stopped in the roadway (Lindsey Road) and exhibiting suspicious activity.  The Driver, Carissa Lewellen of Booneville was arrested and charged with several misdemeanor traffic related violations.  Both remain in jail at this time.  The case will be presented to the next Prentiss County Grand Jury by Narcotics Investigator Joey Clark.
