On Saturday October 5th, Prentiss County Deputy Taylor Walker arrested Whitney A Storey 29 of Booneville after a traffic stop was made for a equipment violation on North Second Street in Booneville.  It was determined that Storey had suspended driver license and was placed under arrest.  It was discovered that she was in possession of  Methamphetamine after she attempted to destroy the evidence, along with a Meth pipe.  Storey was charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Felony Tampering with Evidence as well as several misdemeanor violations.  He bond was set at $13,000.  The Booneville Police Department assisted with the arrest.  Narcotics Investigator Grady Smith will present the case to a future Prentiss County Grand Jury.
