On Saturday May 17th Prentiss County Deputies arrested William Edward Hurt 33 of 813 Ashland Road Ripley subsequent to an investigation into the theft of Property from the Jumpertown area.  He was arrested near the intersection of County Road 7325 and HWY 4.  He was charged with Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) enhanced while in Possession of a Firearm.  Hurt's bond was set at $10,000 on the Felony Charges.
