On Weds 10/29/2014 Prentiss County Sheriff Randy Tolar, Deputy Doug Rakestraw and Constable Sammy Henderson was invited to speak to the children at Mary's Little Lamb Day Care on North College Street in Booneville.  Officers talked to the children about safety and what to do in emergency situations, seat belt safety, fire safety, gun safety and other safety matters.  The children had a great time.  Officers gave the children coloring books and Junior Deputy Badges.  " We want the children to be fully aware, that Law Enforcement Officers are their friends and are here to help them in times of need."
