On Thursday October 30th Prentiss County Investigators arrestted Jeffery Allen Lambert 48 of Booneville and charged him with Grand Larceny and Five (5) counts of Receiving and/or Possession or selling Stolen Property. His bond was set at $60,000. The charges stemmed from an investigation into a stolen ATV and Trailer that had been stolen several months ago from a residence on HWY 364. The ATV was recovered last week in Pontotoc by Authorities there. The recovery of the ATV led to the arrest of a Pontotoc man and subsequently back to Lambert. The Investigation by Prentiss County Investigators and Pontotoc Police also led to the recovery of five (5) pull trailers in Prentiss County, that had been stolen from Pontotoc County Area. There were additional trailers that went through Lambert's hands that were sold to other individuals that have not been recovered at this point. Authorities ask that if you bought a Trailer from this man please contact Prentiss County Sheriff's Department at 662-728-2002. Investigators did and outstanding job in this case.
