On Monday 10/12 Prentiss County Narcotics Officers and Deputies executed a Search Warrant at a residence on McClamrock Drive Booneville. Officers arrested Nicky Wilbanks 42 of Booneville, he was charged with Possession of Controlled Substances with Intent to Sell or Distribute (Subutex) and also a misdemeanor charge of Failure to Comply with an Officers Lawful Command. His bond was set at $5,000 on the Felony charge. He remains in custody at this time.
