On the evening Weds March 16th Prentiss County Narcotics Officers, North Ms Narcotics Unit and Prentiss County Deputies wrapped up a 6 month undercover investigation with the execution of three search warrants on CR 8401, residences or properties controlled by the suspects involved in the investigation. The investigation led to the three arrests of, Jimmy Samuel Smith 49, 340 CR 8401 Rienzi, Otis Paul McGee 43 and Tonya M McGee 43 both of 327 CR 8401 Booneville.
Jimmy Smith was charged with 2 Counts Sale of Controlled Substance (Marijuana) his bond was set at $25,000, Otis Paul McGee was charged with 3 Counts Sale of Controlled Substance (Marijuana), Felony Child Abuse and Possession of FIrearm by a Convicted Felon, his bond was set at $100,000, and Tonya M McGee was charged with Count Sale of Controlled Substance (Marijuana) and Felony Child Abuse, her bond was set at $50,000.
