Last Friday morning Prentiss County Sheriff Randy M Tolar had a very Special visitor.  Ben Harbin and his Father David Penney hand delivered a color drawing of the Justice Center.  Ben ask for God's protection over the Sheriff, all his Deputies and Policemen.  Ben attends East Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and has the affections of everyone's heart.  Ben has dreams of growing up and being a Policeman.  Ben's Drawing hang on display on the bulletin board in the lobby of the Sheriff's Office.  Ben and David also enjoyed a tour of the jail and Sheriff's Office.
