On Thurs August 11th Deputies Aaron Stolz, Wesley Graves and Blake Kelly were conducting a Roadside Safety Checkpoint at the Intersection of CR 3101 and HWY 130 (Old HWY 30) and arrested Stuart Wayne Livingston after finding him to be in Possession of Approx. 5 grams of Methamphetamine. Livingston was charged with Felony Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth) and Suspended Drivers License. His bond was set at $10,000. Deputies and Agents with the North Ms Narcotics Unit also seized Livingstons 1994 CHevrolet Truck.
