On August 14th Deputy Taylor Walker made a traffic stop that resulted in the arrest of of one of the vehicles occupants. Polly Carroll 42 of CT 500 Rienzi was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance after she was found to be in possession of a syringe loaded with Methamphetamine. Her bond was set at $5,000. The case will be presented to the next Grand Jury.
