On Sunday August 21 Deputies took a report involving the Arson of a Mobile Home on CR 8262. Deputies took the initial report and was later called back to the scene when witnesses described seeing a suspect return to the location and re-ignite a fire of the same residence. The witness gave the description of the suspect vehicle. Deputy Wesley Graves met the suspect vehicle on HWY 4 West and turned around on it to make a traffic stop. The Driver was 36 year old Luke Paul Morris of 31 CR 8262 Rienzi. Morris has been charged with (2) Counts of Arson and Domestic VIolence. Morris had his intial appearance before a Justice Court Judge and his Bond has been set at $40,000 on the Arson Charges and $2,500 on the Domestic VIolence.
