Tuesday Night 11/08 Prentiss County Deputy Phillip Owens arrested Jack Allen Burbey 49 of Booneville after ambulance personel was called to a residence concerning a suspected medical emergency resulting in Burbey assualting the Responding Emergency Medical personel. Burbey was charged with Simple Assualt on Emergency Medical Personel. his bond was set at $5,000. He remains in custody at this time.
