On Tuesday night 12/27 Fish and Wildlife Officers were investigating a report of Spotlighting on CR 7100. Deputy Tyler Reese was called to assist with the matter. Officers Discovered that Kevin Franklin Michael was in possession of a controlled substance (Crystal Methamphetamine). He was charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) enhanced while in possession of a firearm and Misdemeanor Possession of Paraphenlia. Narcotics Investigator Grady Smith was called to take over the investigation. Michaels bond was set at $15,000 on the Felony and $1,000 on the misdemeanor.
