
During the early morning hours of Friday the 13th, James Andrew Hollan 41 of Kossuth was arrested at a Roadside Safety Checkpoint at the intersection of CR 8360 and CR 8361 after it was discovered he had an outstanding warrant from Wayne County Tn. When he was arrested, it was discovered that he was in possession of Methamphetamine. Hollan was charged with Felony Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth) Narcotics Investigators Grady Smith is working the case and seized a 2000 Chevrolet truck. His bond was set at $5,000 and remains in custody. Wehen he makes bond he will be released to Wayne County Tn. Deputies Aaron Stolz, Wesley Graves and Doug Rakestraw made the arrest.
