On Weds April 5th Deputy Aaron Stolz arrested William Colt Bingham 29 of Booneville on an outstanding Booneville PD Warrant. He was spotted at the Big V by Deputy Stolz. During the arrest Deputy Stolz discovered Methamphetamine in Bingham's pocket. Bingham has been charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) as well as two misdemeanor charges, Providing False Information to a Law Enforcement Officer and Possession of Whiskey. Bonds have been set, $10,000 on the Felony Drug Charge and $1,000 on the Misdemeanor charges and he faces aCash Bond on the CIty charges of $959.
