On Sunday night March 26 Deputies responded to a disturbance call at 670 Highway 45 North. The complaint stated that there was an out of control individual attending a cook out at this residence. Once Deputies Taylor Walker and Tyler Reese arrived and assessed that the situation was out of control, they began securing the scene for their on safety. Deputies arrested the out of contol individual, Randy Kirk 27 of 543 Baker Road Selmer Tn, who once placed in the Patrol car, kicked the windows out. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct/Breach of Peace, Resisting Arrest and Felony Malicious Mischief.  Kirks bonds were set at $2,500 on the felony and $1,000 on the misdemeanor charges.  Deputies also arrested Xvaier Scott Singleton 25 670 Highway 45 North Rienzi after it was discovered he possessed a felony amount of Marijuana. Singleton was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance (Marijuana). His bond was set at $5,000. Narcotics Agent Grady Smith is handling the narcotic Case.  Agents seized $463 U S Currency from Singleton.
