During the early morning hours of Tuesday August 8th, Deputy Taylor Walker made a traffic stop on CR 8301.  While conducting the traffic stop Deputy walker discovered approx. 22 grams of Crystal methamphetamine, having a street value of around $2,000.  The occupants of the vehicle were arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) with the Intent to Sell, Transfer or Distribute.  They are identified as 42 year old Teddy Kirk Windham of Booneville and Haley Nichole Patten 29 of Booneville.  Patten was also charged with a couple misdemeanor traffic violations as well as Possession of Paraphernalia.  Windham was also charged with Providing False Identification to a Law Enforcement Officer and Possession of Paraphernalia as well as a City warrant..  Windham's Felony bond was set at $5,000 and $2,000 on the Misdemeanor offenses and a $697.00 Cash bond on the City Warrant.  Patten's Felony bond was set at $5,000 and $3,500 on the Misdemeanor Offenses. Narcotics Investigator Joey Clark is investigating the case and will present the charges to the next Grand Jury.
