
On Sunday August the 13th, Prentiss County Deputies responded to the report of trespassing on CR 7100. When Deputies arrived they discovered that allegedly the Complainant had confronted two men who were trespassing on property he claimed to be leasing. The two individuals were riding an ATV side by side and was pursued by the complainant. And were reportedly rammed by the complainants truck, overturning the ATV. Both men were transported to Baptist Memorial Hospital in Booneville suffering from minor injuries. Kevin Michael 47 of Booneville was charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault. He was out on a previous Circuit Court Felony Bond stemming from a Prentiss County Indictment for Possession of Controlled Substance enhanced with a Firearm. His bond was set at $25,000 on each count but his previous bond is being revoked due to the new charge. He remains in custody. One of the victims and the suspect are brothers.
