On March 19th, 2018 the Prentiss County Sheriff's Department arrested Jackie Ray Wilburn (65) of East Church Street Booneville for Burglary of a Commercial Building. Wilburn is accused of breaking into a unoccupied residence in which the owner had been placed in a nursing home. Judge Richard Tollison set bond at $5,000.00. The case will be presented to the next grand jury. A hold has been placed on Wilburn with the Mississippi Department of Corrections due to the fact Wilburn was out on probation on a prior felony charge.  Investigator Torie Jumper will present this case to the next Grand Jury
