Prentiss County Deputies responded to a report of Domestic Violence on Water Tank Road Booneville last night 09/06/2012 and arrested Donald Dewayne Spencer 29 of 914 Water Tank Road Booneville.  Spencer has been charged with Felony Domestic Violence (Choking), Simple Assualt on an Officer x2, Resisting Arrest, Public Profanity, Felony Malicious Mischief.  Spencer kicked the rear door glass out of the patrol vehicle once he was placed in the rear of the car, resulting in the Malicious Mischief Charge.  Spencer was under supervision of the Mississippi Department of Corrections resulting in a hold being placed on him by MDOC.  No bond has been set at this time.
