On 01/02/2013 Prentiss County Deputies arrested Jacob Lee Holmes age 26 of CR 7040 Booneville and charged him with Aggravated Assault stemming from a stabbing incident that occurred at 19 CR 5005 Booneville.  The victim suffered a single stab wound to the neck.  He was transported to North Mississippi Medical Center where he remains. Holmes was released on a $25,000 bond the following day
