Three Arrests have been made in the Oct. 3rd Burglary of a CR 1251 residence.  The arrests came after we were contacted by Alcorn County Sheriff's Office informing us that they had arrested three individuals that were in possession of several items that seemed suspicious to them, including Two safes and a 55" Flat Panel TV.  At the time we had not had any reports of such as those described.  When the burglary report came in on Oct 3rd with items taken that matched the items found by Alcorn County.  Investigators' traveled to Alcorn and Tishomingo Counties to question the suspects.  After the investigation was complete, Investigators Charged 1) Jonathan Davis 26 of 913 HWY 4 West Booneville, 2) Timothy Mark Brasfield 30 168 CR 8361 Rienzi and Lacy Deann Heath 24 of 9361C CR 600 Booneville all the Burglary of a Dwelling. Their bonds have been set at $5,000 each.  I really appreciate the working relationship we have with Alcorn County and the fact that we regularly exchange information.
